Nicky trained as a fashion textile designer. She works mostly as a costume designer in Theatre and Opera and occasionally as a set designer. Winner of the Gold award for Best Costume Design, Prague Quadrenale 2003 for A Midsummer Night’s Dream for the Royal Shakespeare Company.
