• If you are in New York, you can visit the Imperial Theatre Box Office, 249 W. 45th Street, between Broadway and 8th Avenue. The Box Office is open Monday - Saturday, 10am-8:30pm, Sunday 12pm - 6pm.

Tickets are usually available for upcoming Wednesday and Thursday performances including the mid-week matinee.

Only a small portion of the stage is obstructed and you won't miss a minute of the show.  If you want to go as soon as possible, these seats are often the last to be sold, and are available for most performances in the near future. Check online, via phone, or visit the theatre for the best dates.

Ask about Premium Seats when booking your tickets. They promise the best seat location for a slightly higher price and are often available when all other seats are sold-out.

Student Groups Tickets are $40 for Rear Mezzanine seating for student groups of 15 or more. Valid performances as follows:

• Beginning Sept. 7, 2010: Tues. eve, Wed. mat, and Thurs. eve performances.
• Jan. 31, 2011 through Nov. 6, 2011: Tues. eve, Wed. mat, Thurs. eve, and Sun. mat performances.

This completely depends on personal preference. While the orchestra section naturally provides a centralized view of the stage, many audience members of Billy Elliot prefer the mezzanine for a broader stage picture and in some cases a lower ticket price. The rear mezzanine, for instance, offers a fantastic view of the stage for a slightly lower price. With only 6 rows in the front mezzanine, and 8 rows in the rear mezzanine, the view is still amazing thanks to the intimacy of the Imperial Theatre.

Student Rush tickets are available in person at the Imperial Theatre Box Office...

• $31.50 (for tickets regularly priced at $125 or $80) - available at the box office two hours prior to performance.
• Subject to availability.
• Limit 2 per valid ID.
• May not be offered every performance.
