Set in 1984/'85, during one of the most damaging strikes in Britain's history, Billy Elliot the Musical provides a wealth of historical context and stimulus for cross-curricular activities.

WORKSHOPS

In-theatre, pre-show workshops are available at the theatre. The workshops allow participants to create their own version of a scene from Billy Elliot and explore some of the story's core themes - history, citizenship and individuality.
