The show’s original Tony Award-winning Billy Elliots, David Alvarez, Trent Kowalik, and Kiril Kulish, joined the current Billys (Tade Biesinger, Peter Mazurowski, Joseph Harrington, and Julian Elia) onstage for a special curtain call, much to the delight of the audience. The Tony-winning director of the show, Stephen Daldry, and the Tony-nominated original Grandma, Carole Shelley, were also a part of the evening’s festivities.
